Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and, to flavor it, put it to marinate for about 20 minutes in a small pan with lemon juice and soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and place the pan in the fridge.

Meanwhile, take the chicken from the fridge and cook it in a non-stick pan for about 15 minutes. To finish cooking, add it to the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.

Pour the couscous into a bowl and, when the water is about to boil, add salt and add it to the couscous until it is completely covered. Cover the bowl for a few minutes, then mix to obtain the desired consistency.
