A light and tasty second course for a different dinner!
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces and put them to boil in cold water for at least 30/35 minutes
Meanwhile, grate the courgettes and put them in a pan with the spinach and a little 'water (or oil if you prefer) flush, just to blanch the whole, until the water does not dry
Turn on the oven to 200º to preheat it. Put the potatoes in a small bowl and crush them with a fork to obtain a puree.
After this, add the courgettes and spinach, curry and pepper to taste and bresaola into small pieces
Mix everything well and make meatballs to lay on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Bake in preheated oven at 200º for 10/15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking if not sticking (as happened to me)
On an empty plate, create a bed of lettuce (to be seasoned if you want) and once ready the meatballs transfer them to the plate
